Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized service.
• Handle sales transactions and register purchases at the checkout.
• Organize and restock shelves, keeping the store tidy and well-maintained.
• Advise customers on products and promote new arrivals and special offers.
• Handle returns and product exchanges according to company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Maintain the store in line with visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the retail sector (preferable, but not essential).
• Good sales attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
