The Products that cannot be purchased are sold out until new availability. It is not possible to recover an out of stock product. FREE SHOP can accept the Customer’s orders within the limits of the quantities of the existing requested Products. FREE SHOP undertakes to promptly communicate to the Customer any unforeseeable stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes.
6.1 The prices published are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included and are those available at the time of registration of the order, in the event of a reduction in value, no difference will be recognized on the amount previously paid. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened, used, or unsealed cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care items will not be accepted.
10.1 You may decide to request a refund of the price or alternatively obtain a reduction on the price of a different Product if the product is not intact and compliant. Additional or concomitant legal rights relating to the guarantee are excluded – within the limits established by the provisions of law. Damage attributable to normal wear and tear of the Product, improper use, insufficient or inadequate maintenance of the same are excluded from the guarantee. Please carefully keep the documentation certifying the start of the guarantee period (order coupon, delivery note, etc.).
