How to use
As a mascara base:
- Apply from roots to tips of lashes, but do not wait until Cils Booster XL is dry before applying mascara to lashes.
- Coat lashes with mascara to achieve the desired effect or until the white primer is no longer visible.
- For optimal color and intensity and a false lash look, apply two coats of lash primer to the lower and upper lashes before applying mascara.
As an overnight lash conditioner:
- After cleansing your face and finishing your normal nighttime beauty routine, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.
- Allow to dry thoroughly before sleeping
